°á°ú: °¢ ±ºÀÇ º¯¿¬ °£°ÝÀÇ Æò±Õ°ú Ç¥ÁØÆíÂ÷´Â ±Ý¼Ó-µµÀç °íÁ¤¼º ±¹¼ÒÀÇÄ¡ 78.48 ¡¾11.05 §­, Everest ½Ã½ºÅÛ 59.30 ¡¾11.63 §­, RainbowTM ½Ã½ºÅÛ70.34 ¡¾13.98 §­·Î ÃøÁ¤µÇ¾ú´Ù.

°á·Ð: 1. Everest ½Ã½ºÅÛÀÌ ±Ý¼Ó-µµÀç °íÁ¤¼º ±¹¼ÒÀÇÄ¡º¸´Ù º¯¿¬ °£°ÝÀÌ ÀÛÀº °ÍÀ¸·Î ÃøÁ¤µÇ¾ú´Ù (P<.05). 2. Everest ½Ã½ºÅÛ°ú RainbowTM ½Ã½ºÅÛ°£ÀÇ º¯¿¬ ÀûÇÕµµ´Â À¯ÀǼº ÀÖ´Â Â÷À̸¦ º¸ÀÌÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù (P>.05). 3. RainbowTM ½Ã½ºÅÛÀº ±Ý¼Ó-µµÀç °íÁ¤¼º ±¹¼ÒÀÇÄ¡¿Í º¯¿¬ °£°Ý¿¡ À¯ÀÇ Â÷°¡ ¾ø¾ú´Ù (P>.05). 4. °¢ ±ºÀÇ Æò±Õ º¯¿¬ °£°ÝÀÌ ÀÓ»óÀûÀ¸·Î ÀûÇÕÇÑ ¹üÀ§ ³»¿¡ (120 §­) ÀÖ¾ú´Ù.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to compare the marginal fit of three-unit zirconia fixed dental prostheses (FDPs) fabricated using CAD/CAM and MAD/MAM system.

MATERIALS AND METHODS: Dentiform maxillary central and lateral incisor were prepared for 3-unit FDP and fixed in yellow stone. This model was duplicated to epoxy resin die. On the resin die, fifteen 3-unit FDPs were fabricated. Metal-ceramic group was three-unit metal-ceramic FDPs, Everest? group was zirconia three-unit FDPs fabricated using the Everest system (Kavo Dental GmbH, Biberach, Germany) and RainbowTM group was zirconia three-unit FDPs fabricated using the RainbowTM system (Dentium Co. Inc., Seoul, South Korea). They were cemented to resin dies with adhesive resin cement. After removing pontics, each retainers were separated and observed under measuring machine (Presize 440C) and analyzed through one-way ANOVA and Duncan test (¥á= .05).

RESULTS: Mean values and standard deviations of marginal gap dimensions in each group for three-unit FDPs were 78.5 ¡¾ 11.05 §­ for the metal-ceramic group, 59.30 ¡¾ 11.63 §­ for the Everest? group and 70.34 ¡¾ 13.98 §­ for the RainbowTM group.

CONCLUSION: 1. The Everest group in comparison with metal-ceramic group showed better marginal fit, which had significant differences (P<.05). 2. The mean marginal gap values between Everest and RainbowTM group did not showed significant differences (P>.05). 3. The mean marginal gap values between RainbowTM group and metal-ceramic group did not showed significant differences (P>.05). 4. The mean marginal gaps of each group were within clinically acceptable range (120 §­).
